A pair of males are being held with out bond at Montgomery County, Maryland’s detention heart in Rockville following a capturing at a Taco Bell Cantina in Silver Spring final month.

Montgomery County police mentioned Souleymane Traore, 18, faces costs of tried first-degree homicide and first-degree assault and Maximus Jean Jerome, 19, faces a number of counts of second-degree assault.

The costs observe the pair’s July 1 arrest, when police mentioned “objects of evidentiary worth have been recovered” as a search warrant was being exacted at Traore’s residence.

Both males are from Silver Spring.

Police mentioned officers responded to a report of a capturing at a Taco Bell Cantina at 8662 Colesville Road on June 23, round 6 p.m.

An investigation confirmed Traore and Jerome confronted three male victims contained in the Taco Bell restaurant, which led to a battle.

“After Traore and Jerome exited the restaurant, Traore went again inside and held the victims at gunpoint. Moments later, when the brother of one of many victims arrived on the location and tried to intervene, Traore put the handgun to the top of the sufferer’s brother and fired one spherical, inflicting a graze wound to his head. Traore and Jerome then left the scene,” a police news release stated.

The capturing sufferer was transported to a hospital with accidents that police mentioned weren’t life-threatening.
