BALTIMORE — An opportunity to listen to the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra all throughout Maryland.

The Music for Maryland Tour kicks off on Tuesday in Cambridge. It options a mixture of chamber ensembles and full orchestra performances.

“Music for Maryland is about remodeling our dedication into tangible experiences, bringing the enjoyment of music to each nook of Maryland,” stated Mark Hanson, President and CEO of the BSO.

“We are grateful for the partnerships with counties throughout the state which have made this tour doable as we search for new methods to serve our neighborhood statewide.”

Admission to every live performance is pay-what-you-wish so extra folks can attend the performances.

Launched in 2022, popping out of the pandemic, the Music for Maryland Tour’s objective was to broaden the attain of the BSO all through the state of Maryland past the partitions of the Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall and The Music Center at Strathmore.
