McLean Bible Church, with a number of places within the D.C. space and weekly attendance of greater than 8,000, will open a brand new church in Ashburn, Virginia.

The church has leased The Pavilion at Ashburn Station, a 30,000-square-foot area with areas for each companies and neighborhood and social occasions.

It features a full-sized basketball courtroom, workplace area, industrial kitchen and lecture rooms.

The area was beforehand used as an extension for the BeanTree Learning Center for elementary grades till 2019, based on leasing agent Serafin Real Estate. The church signed a 10-year lease for the area. Financial phrases weren’t disclosed.

The property is adjoining to the brand new Ashburn Metro, the final cease on Metro’s Silver Line. It contains parking for 185 automobiles.

Ashburn Station, at 43629 Greenway Corporate Drive, features a Home Depot, Giant Food retailer, AMC Theatres and several other eating places.

McLean Bible Church was based within the early Sixties. It has church buildings in Tysons, Leesburg, Arlington and Manassas in Virginia and Rockville, Maryland.
